KEY R&D MILESTONES

IN 2003

It took the lead in developing and launching China’s first thick-gauge foamed metal sheet with a thickness exceeding 1 inch, filling a gap in the domestic market for thick-gauge porous metal materials and overcoming the limitations of early applications of thin-gauge foamed metal;

IN 2012

Having successfully mastered the three-dimensional molding process, the company has developed China’s first 100×100×100 mm monolithic foam copper cube, enabling the stable mass production of three-dimensional foam metal structures;

IN 2022

Achieving a major technological breakthrough in the industry, the company independently developed the world’s first ultra-long foamed metal cylinder measuring over 5,000 mm in length, overcoming numerous industry challenges—including the forming of large-sized cylinders, achieving uniform porosity, and producing a seamless, monolithic structure—and setting a new global record for the manufacture of ultra-long foamed metal cylinders.
